PACKAGES

Billing 

1. All scheduled classes, whether attended or not, are billable.

Trial Sessions

1. Every individual has 3 trial sessions per art; each name can try 3 different arts.

2. If an individual successfully signs up for any package, the last paid trial session amount can be offset in the upcoming training fee.

3. Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fixed Training Package

1. Seats are confirmed; no booking is required.

2. Replacements must be made within the same month through the app; no carry forward is allowed.

3. Custom replacement dates are not allowed; replacements can only be made for existing lessons.

4. Apply for leave if unable to attend a 1-month training to prevent invoice billing for the next month.

5. Notify the Admin department if lesson/package conversion is required [before the billing date].

6. Billing date is on the 28th of every month before the training month.

Flexi Training Package

1. Self-booking method; attend the sessions once the status is approved.

2. Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. No replacement will be given for missing sessions.

4. Unused credit is non-transferrable and cannot be carried forward to the next month.

5. Notify the Admin department if lesson/package conversion is required [before the billing date].

6. Billing date is on the 28th of every month before the training month.
